What happens if I cancel? Do I lose my site?
You keep your domain. You keep your content — copy, images, testimonials, everything. We help you export it to whatever you're moving to. What we don't hand over is the design source files, because those are how the monthly economics work. Nobody's ever been upset about this once we explain it.
Is it really unlimited changes? What's the catch?
Yes. The fair-use definition is two paragraphs, it's on the pricing page, and we don't count the requests. What's not included: full redesigns, brand-new features beyond the standard set, and ghostwriting beyond about 500 words a month. Everything else is unlimited. Our average client asks for about two changes a month. Turnaround last month was 26 hours.
Can I keep my current domain?
Yes. If you own the domain, we point it at the new site for you on launch day. If you don't own it yet, we can help you register a new one in your name. You own it either way.
How long does it take to launch?
Two to three weeks for a Solo site. The first week is design, the second is build, the third is your review. Launch is the next business day after you approve. The fastest we've ever shipped was 8 days.
