Terms of service.

These terms govern your subscription to golfcoachwebsites.com, a service operated by Altitude Branding LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By signing up or using the site, you (“you,” “customer”) agree to what's written here.

1. Subscription terms

The subscription has a 1-year minimum commitment starting on the date of your first charge. After month 12, the subscription continues month-to-month and you can cancel any time, with no fee and no questions, by emailing support@golfcoachwebsites.com or canceling from /account.

Billing is monthly via Stripe. The first charge happens on the day of signup. There is no proration on tier changes mid-month — upgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Cancellation during the 1-year term is permitted only inside the refund window described in section 2. Outside that window, you remain responsible for the remaining months of the 1-year term. The site stays live through the end of your final paid period; after that, hosting stops.

2. Refund policy

You may request a full refund of the first month's charge within 14 calendar days of that charge. After day 14, no refunds are issued on partial or completed months. Full details, including how to request, are on the dedicated Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

3. Unlimited changes — fair use

“Unlimited changes” means any reasonable edit to your existing site, submitted via email, with a 1–3 business day turnaround. It is not literally unlimited and it is not a re-platforming or rebuild service.

In scope: copy edits, photo swaps, new testimonials, new blog posts you draft, pricing updates, color and typography tweaks within your design system, new sections and pages within the existing design system, SEO field updates, booking calendar reconnection.

Out of scope (these trigger a separate quote): full redesigns with a new visual direction (one free redesign per year is fair), brand-new features beyond the standard set, migrations to a different platform, second sites, ghostwriting beyond roughly 500 words per month, paid media work.

We reserve the right to batch requests during high-volume weeks. If we ever think a request falls outside fair use, we'll tell you before we start work — we don't bill surprises.

4. Ownership

Your domain

The domain registered for your site is yours. It's registered (or transferred) into your name on day one. You control the registrar account and you keep the domain whether you stay subscribed or not.

Your content

Copy you write, images you provide, testimonials you collect, the intake data you submit — all yours. We license it from you for the purpose of operating your site, and on cancellation we export and hand it back on request.

Our design and source code

Design files, layout systems, components, and the site's source code remain the property of Altitude Branding LLC. They are licensed to you for the duration of your subscription and are not transferred on cancellation. This is how the monthly economics of the service work.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to host content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or violates the policies of our hosting and email providers (Vercel, Stripe, Resend, Supabase). We may suspend or terminate the service if any of the above happens.

6. Termination

You may cancel after the 1-year minimum at any time. We may terminate the agreement, with notice, for: non-payment, breach of section 5, or after a reasonable attempt to resolve a request that falls outside fair-use scope and you decline the corresponding quote.

On termination by either party, the site stays live through the end of the current paid period. Your domain and content follow the rules in section 4.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep your site online, secure, and up-to-date, but we don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party providers (Stripe, Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Sentry, your domain registrar) may experience outages outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is capped at the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost business opportunity.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data, sub-processors, retention periods, and your rights under GDPR and CCPA are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute arising from these terms or the service that isn't resolved through good-faith discussion within 30 days will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be held in Denver, Colorado, in English. The arbitrator's decision is final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party retains the right to seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or unauthorized use.

You and we both waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to your account address at least 30 days before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after the effective date counts as acceptance.
